Kindly note-this policy is for the orders being given on sellers who are using Fotokart's shipping services and payment gateway

For direct seller, please refer the individual shop policy of the respective seller

Returns
Our policy lasts 2 days or 48 hours since the product is received. If 2 days or 48 hours have gone by since your product receive , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Seller only replace items if they are defective or in transit damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fotokart.in and we will schedule a pickup of your item.

SELLERS ARE REQUESTED TO GET A THIRD PARTY INSURANCE FOR THEIR IN-TRANSIT PRODUCTS.
