REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Kindly note-this policy is for the orders being given on sellers who are using Fotokart's shipping services and payment gateway
For direct seller, please refer the individual shop policy of the respective seller
Additional non-returnable items:
Our policy lasts 2 days or 48 hours since the product is received. If 2 days or 48 hours have gone by since your product receive , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Process and Terms of Return

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, user need to share original receipt or proof of purchase.
- To claim damage on delivery or in transit damage, user need to take box opening video with clear image of damages and POD. Also ensure to return all the original product along with original packaging and materials. Anything missing or damaged inclusive of packaging or accessories or material will not be eligible to claim return request.
- Return request will be considered only if proper request raised within 24 hours of receipt and registered on fotokart website or application. Users are requested to keep ticket number for reference to track and follow the case.
- Return request will be only replace with same product or in case of non-availability of same product, seller will offer same value or any other product to user.
- In any circumstances, neither seller or fotokart will process the refund of any order. Once return order return is received and inspected by seller,fotokart will send you an email to notify about receipt of order byseller.fotokart will also notify user about approval or rejection of return ticket basis on inspection report by seller.
- If return ticketis approved by seller, replacement will be processed, and, delivered within 7 business days.Kindly note shipping charges will be borne by customer for defective return,but in approved case shipping charges will be borne by seller.
- Please note, fotokart is SAAS product and only help sellers to create their white label store and connect with users for sales and promotions. In case of dispute or complaint fotokart role is limited to mediate between seller and user to settle amicably and takes no role or responsibility in any commercial or other settlements.
- In any circumstances, user and seller agree to settle any kind of complaints or disputes in legitimate process and fotokart will not be considered as party under any obligations.
- In case of any cancellation from user, cost of logistic will be borne by user.
- In case of return request, if user don’t return or not available as per request, ticket will be cancelled and user will not be allowed to raise any other request for replacement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Seller only replace items if they are defective or in transit damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will schedule a pickup of your item.
SELLERS ARE REQUESTED TO GET A THIRD PARTY INSURANCE FOR THEIR IN-TRANSIT PRODUCTS.
